1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sandworm Security platform and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. License
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, Sandworm Security grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the services. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute access to the services. You may not use the services to build a competing product.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sandworm Security disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sandworm Security be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period. Sandworm Security may suspend access immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
